Bob Pearman Books-  Sell, find and buy antiquarian, rare and new books on railways and railroads.

The E.M. Gauge Society Ltd - The EMGS is the largest of the Model Railway Societies catering for the needs of modellers in 4mm fine scale railway modelling.

The Gauge O Guild - The aim of the Guild is to further all forms of railway modelling in the 7mm scale and on 0 gauge track.

The Chiltern Model Railway Association - A Group set up to encourage and promote the model railway hobby.

The Great Eastern Railway Society - A historical society recording all aspects of the ex Great Eastern Railway.  

 

Railway Preservation Links

Epping and Ongar Railway - Preservation group based on the ex Great Eastern/BR/London Transport line in Essex.

Royal Gunpowder MillsPreservation group based at Waltham Abbey with narrow gauge line.

Mid Suffolk Light Railway - Preservation group based in Suffolk, resurrecting a section of "the Middy".

Mid Norfolk Railway - Preservation group restoring the line from Wymondham to Dereham and beyond.

Southern Locomotives Ltd - An organisation that restores to working condition and maintains Bullied Pacifics and other locomotives.

Swanage Railway - Preserved Railway on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset.

Havering Music Makers - A musical society based slightly further away in Havering, performing 2 or 3 shows a year at the Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch
